How the offerings fit together
These five are one system, not a menu. The analyst engagement puts the method on your hardest work directly. The assessment applies it to a single system you name, with a practitioner’s judgment on top. The software puts the compiler in your own hands, and the two trainings put the tool and the discipline in your people’s. Most clients enter on one rung and move to the one their situation asks for next.
Business & systems analysis
When you need a business or systems analyst on the work itself (a transformation to steer, an AI-adoption question to settle role by role, requirements to pin down, a sequence of systems to redesign) you can retain the analyst, not just an analysis. This is the classic role, carried out with the full method behind it: every system touched gets drawn, marked, and compiled, so the paper trail of the engagement is a set of deliverables your organization can audit back to the diagrams.
- Engagement shapes range from a standing fractional arrangement to a defined project or an embedded role; scoped, like everything here, in conversation.
- Longer engagements usually open with a Systems Assessment, so the work starts from evidence rather than assumption.
The TSoT Systems Assessment
A fixed-scope diagnostic of a team system you name. We interview and observe, draw the system as it actually operates in the Canvas, and mark the diagnosis with you in the room. The evidence on the diagram is evidence you placed, which is exactly what makes the findings hold up later. The compiler then produces the full work product: the illustrated diagnosis, the Solution Algorithm worksheets with every variable derived from your own drawing, the matched solution models, and the boardroom deck. We close with a facilitated readout where practitioner judgment is layered onto the framed questions.
- You receive the compiled report and presentation, the living diagram, and tool access so the analysis stays alive after we leave.
- Built for a leader who wants more from a system and needs a defensible account of where the single highest-leverage change lies.
- Typically two to three weeks elapsed for one team system; multi-system scopes are shaped in the opening conversation.
The software: the TSoT Canvas
The ideation compiler, in your own hands: draw the team system, mark your judgments, and compile the diagnosis, the ideation worksheets, and the deck, deterministically, with every sentence traceable to your drawing. This is the one offering with a listed price, because it is the one offering that is the same for everyone.

Tool training
The distance between subscribing and compiling a defensible analysis is one good working session. Practitioner onboarding runs as a structured, hands-on cohort: the workflow is taught step by step, each step is practiced on a worked example, and participants finish by framing, drawing, marking, and compiling an analysis of a team they know well. For organizations, an enablement day stands up a whole working group at once.
- Practitioner onboarding: virtual, cohort-based, a half day from blank canvas to first compiled deliverable.
- Team enablement: on your systems, with your people, ending with analyses your leaders will actually read.
Management training
The framework itself, taught to the people who decide: the three solution tests, the elimination and minimization stances, the value and ideality balances, and the Seven Motifs as the working definition of ideal. Instruction is structured and case-based: the concepts, worked examples, and guided exercises that build real fluency, with the Canvas used as the practice instrument throughout. Leaders leave with a shared vocabulary for structural decisions, including the one every leadership team currently faces: which roles should be people, and which should be AI, decided by test, not by fashion.
- Formats from an executive briefing to a two-day working session; shaped to the leadership team and the questions in front of it.
- The natural next step is usually an assessment of the system the room could not stop talking about.
